After calling what seemed like every Christian preschool in Northwest Florida and finding that they are all full, I finally found a school for Noah! :) The only catch was that their 2 day a week program was full; they had spots in their 3 day a week program so I packed the kids up and checked the place out today. Its a nice little preschool, not TOO far away (where we live, if its under 20 miles away, I consider it "near by") and after getting a nice warm & fuzzy from the director, I wrote a check for the deposit to secure Noah's spot in the fall. :)
I'm excited Noah's going to get some much needed interaction with other kids, as well as some much needed time out of the house (its hard packing up 2 kids---one of which is a newborn---and trying to find stuff to do, so Noah's been a bit deprived of out-of-the-house time lately) while learning some "stuff." :) Oh, and not to mention some much needed time away from Mommy! (and vice versa! LOL).
Now on to pursue some websites specializing in personalized preschool gear... ;)

Last year, when my daughter was two, we also had a hard time finding a school that still had openings. I was shocked that parents were working so hard and so early to get their little tots into school. Glad that you found a school that gave you the warm fuzzies. That's always a big relief, especially when you are worried about finding a spot anywhere.
