Fun Fact Friday...B!@#$% Edition...

Here's a fun fact for you...I am sooooo pms'ing!!! :P I'm grouchy, lazy, and not really in the mood to blog something wonderful tonight. I gotta couple workouts in that are worth mentioning though. Last night I did Bodypump and burned 300 calories. Weird because last week I burned 404 calories! I think it had something to do with my warm-up...last week I did a 1.5 mile warm-up run; this week I only had time for a 13 minute walk on a 2% incline. I burned only 100 calories with that warm up.

Today I got 40 minutes of cardio in...a total of 3 miles on the treadmill: a combo of mainly running (about 2 miles) and walking 3.5 mph on a 2% incline. I burned roughly 400 calories.

I felt sluggish and lethargic in the gym this week...I usually have no problems going, but this week I had to force myself...maybe I'm in a gym rut? Who knows. All I know is my weight is still hovering at the same number and has been since March. Its a little frustrating.

Fun Fact Friday!

TGIF everyone!!! I am able to blog this morning because my ever-so-hardworking Babydaddy has taken it upon himself to take today OFF! :) Woohoo. The conference is over and now BD can relax...with his babies while I get some time to myself! I have a date tonight with my boyfriend Gym. ;) The plan is to run a couple miles, then Bodypump!

This post is still photo-less...I've gotten my beloved camera back, but I haven't had time to snap any cool pics, hopefully later on today I'll post something blog worthy. :)

So, in keeping with Thankful Thursday, welcome to Fun Fact Friday! I'll post a couple fun facts about your's truly.

1. I have a scar on my forehead from when I was a toddler...I got it because my uncle was pushing me around in a laundry basket and I hit my head on the corner of the TV.
2. I have always wanted to either be a hairstylist or be a makeup artist...wishful thinking, but those are my dream jobs! :)
3. I was a Red Bull girl in college...did you know I made $12/hour to pass out energy drinks?! I thought I was rich. :P lol.
4. Babydaddy is vacuuming our house right now as I blog. ;)
5. I love being a Navy wife...I rarely complain about the drawbacks (separations and deployments) because I know the wonderful opportunities the Navy has afforded us are priceless. And after almost 7 years of being married into the military, I am finding the moving to be exciting.
