Here's a fun fact for you...I am sooooo pms'ing!!! :P I'm grouchy, lazy, and not really in the mood to blog something wonderful tonight. I gotta couple workouts in that are worth mentioning though. Last night I did Bodypump and burned 300 calories. Weird because last week I burned 404 calories! I think it had something to do with my warm-up...last week I did a 1.5 mile warm-up run; this week I only had time for a 13 minute walk on a 2% incline. I burned only 100 calories with that warm up.
Today I got 40 minutes of cardio in...a total of 3 miles on the treadmill: a combo of mainly running (about 2 miles) and walking 3.5 mph on a 2% incline. I burned roughly 400 calories.
I felt sluggish and lethargic in the gym this week...I usually have no problems going, but this week I had to force myself...maybe I'm in a gym rut? Who knows. All I know is my weight is still hovering at the same number and has been since March. Its a little frustrating.
