To lose weight and be in single-digit clothing sizes (yes, its that depressing) by our Disney vacation in December. I'm not going to put any limitations (or expectations) on the number of pounds...it will just discourage me if I am not anywhere near that number, but I think being in single-digit clothing sizes is an attainable goal. :)
So here's the plan: cardio 3-5x a week, apart from PX90, which Mike and I will be starting the week after next (he's TDY all next week). If I were brave enough, I'd post my "before" weight & size to keep you all up to date, but you'll just have to settle for before & after pictures...which I will only post once my goal has been reached. LOL.
