Wednesday.

I woke up this morning and felt a pain in my muscles that I haven't felt in a looooooooong time. My chest, biceps, shoulders, back, legs, and glutes all hurt...was Jillian really the cause for this pain?! Her workouts are only 20 minutes long and I barely made it through them. I didn't even feel this kind of pain when I started my Bodypump classes! Jillian is awesome. :) I'm definitely doing her workout again tomorrow.

Anyhow, Wednesdays are my run days on the treadmill, so my happy, hurting big butt made it to the gym after dropping Noah off at school. I did my normal (well, normal since last week) routine: warmup-5 minutes, run 17 minutes (I added 2 minutes to the 15 minutes I did last week), cool down-5 minutes. The total was about 2 miles. It felt great. I definitely needed to feel that way after my Monday workout on base. :P

Not much else to report...just puttering along on my way to my 5K. :)
