Challenge for the week of May 11-15.

I have some long term goals I am working to complete, but I think weekly challenges can be good for the soul too. :) This week the challenge is to eat dinner at home, Monday through Friday. We usually tend to take out around the end of the week, so we'll see how it goes. :)

I don't do very well with meal-planning, so this week we're just going to cook what we have in the freezer. Monday night we used our leftover steak to make steak omelettes, and tonight I'm making crock-pot beef stew. :) Yum.

On the workout front, the videos I did yesterday (Jillian's 30 Day Shred and Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds--3 miler) kicked my bootay! I woke up this morning with every single muscle in my body hurting, which I welcome whole-heartedly. :) I think I'll take it easy on the running this week and do some videos and weights to hopefully kickstart my weightloss again.
