I had the BEST run for the first time since my 5K in May...I honestly think it took an entire month for my body to recover. I had been struggling since my 5K to log 2 miles per workout, but today I actually finished my 2.5 mile run sprinting. :) I felt awesome and almost did a little dance but didn't for fear that people may think I'm crazy. :) I know I could have run further but I'm taking it easy since tonight is a P90X night. BUT...I swear, the shoes helped me do it. I swear. Pink is my power color. ;)
Running stats: 2.5 miles, 30 minutes, 321 calories burned. Woohoo.
