So after being quite depressed about my appearance today (is it PMS time already?!) I knew I had to do something to jumpstart this weightloss thing again. I know that I must up my cardio and add strength training and I KNOW that I need to revamp my diet. Babydaddy and I did our typical weekend grocery store trip this weekend and stocked up on greens and fruits. We have vowed to start adding more salads to our diet.
The Fitnessista makes the most delicious looking salad beasts and I am definitely taking her cue and making huge, yummy, colorful salads for our lunches and dinners.
