Playing Catch-up!

Ok...I received a nudge, I swear, about a month ago to update my blog and I've been trying to get around to it, but I haven't had the opportunity to just sit and write! My appologies! ;) Lots has been going on...nothing too major, but life has just gotten busy since the fall started! I have finally gotten a groove going and it feels nice to be a functioning adult again. Since Caleb was born, I have felt all over the place, but just recently things are falling into place and I have started feeling normal...its quite a nice feeling! :)

Noah's been in preschool since the end of August and is absolutely loving it. He loves his teachers and is learning SO much! One day the boy just started counting out of nowhere...he can count up to 13 all by himself! :) And he can sing his ABCs...that came out of nowhere too! He's learned alot of songs, some of which we'll hear at his school's Thanksgiving feast on Wednesday. I'll be sure to post pics/vids of the event. :) Noah is THREE now! His 3rd birthday came and went on November 5th...I can't believe he's THREE. There is a huge difference in ability from 2 to 3...oh, and moms of 2 year olds, watch out because 2 ain't got nothin' on 3! :P LOL...

Caleb is 6 months old! Can you believe it?! He's all over the place. Not quite crawling yet, but rolling and doing mini-pushups. He'll be crawling in no time and my life will truly be over. :) He's soooo interactive too, and such a calm, happy baby. He has really completed our family.

Mike & I are glued to our laptops every night when the boys go to bed, finishing up our graduate courses. I'm in the middle of writing my thesis and Mike has 1 class and his practicum class after this quarter. He'll have his MBA by the summer. I'll be the proud M.Ed degree holder by the end of the year. Woohoo. Exciting times for the Phillips' family. I have told myself that once Caleb is about 3 or 4 I will put my degree to good use. Until then, raising my kids are my first priority. :) Hopefully my brain won't turn into mush in the meantime. LOL.

Ok...I hear Caleb calling...more to come! :)

Wow! You ARE busy!!! Getting that degree is WAY more important than blogging. Keep up the good work! :)
