I finally have some time to sit and blog (Woohoo, I'm done with graduate school!!! I am now the proud recipient of a Master of Education degree!) so I figure I'd start with some picture posts of the holidays.
This Thanksgiving we were happy to welcome my in-laws from Virginia Beach...they stayed a whole 2 weeks and while some may cringe at spending an entire 2 weeks with their in-laws, I was rejoicing! They watched the kids while I got some much needed doctors appointments taken care of, as well as some much needed alone time. Mike and I also had a date night! We saw the much anticipated "Twilight" (*swoon* Edward Cullen!)...anyhow, here are some pictures from this year's Thanksgiving...
Mike and FIL watching the frying turkey...
Fried turkey...its becoming a Phillips' Thanksgiving tradition!
The spread...note the fried shrimp. That was for Noah, who didn't want turkey. :P
Not too shabby for a small, casual family Thanksgiving!
YUM!
