Tuesday's run.

SUCKED! But it felt good to break a sweat. I won't lose too much sleep over the suckiness of my run since Runners' World said that a day's rest should be taken for every mile of a race ran...which in my case would be 3 days. I took Sunday and Monday off, so we'll call today an "easy" day.

I took the Garmin 305 out for its inaugural run around the 'hood (kid-free...God bless grandparents) and ran maybe 1/2 a mile straight before stopping...I ended up doing a total of 1.90 miles of walking and running, with 9:55 being my best pace. I am in love with the Garmin. :) I am hoping to take it out more and more...I need to work on my outdoor runs.

Well, there's always tomorrow...
