Back into the swing of things...

Its about almost a month since Noah's been out of school and it has taken me that long to get into a good summer routine...this is the first week on our new "schedule" and I think we've finally got it! Its feels good to have a mission to accomplish every day, and it feels wonderful when things fall into place! :) Here's a quick run down of how we spend our days:

Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays:
6am: Wake up, breakfast, playtime (and Mommy's computer time) :)
9am: Caleb's AM nap, Noggin for Noah, Mommy's shower/get ready for the day
11am: Gym-time (yes, I shower before the gym...I shower after too...I know, I'm crazy)
12:30pm: lunch
1:30pm: Caleb's PM nap, Noggin/coloring books/play-doh for Noah, kitchen clean-up & computer for Mommy
3:00pm: POOL TIME! (Daddy usually meets us there after he gets off work)
5:00pm: Dinner
6:30pm: Baths, bedtime activities
7:00pm: Kiddies bedtime!!!

Tuesdays/Thursdays:
These days are exactly the same, except instead of the gym, we head over to Gymboree so the boys can play. :) The pool probably won't be everyday, but I'm definitely going to take them until the novelty wears off!

Whew. So nice to know what we're doing during the day. Yes, I am driving a lot, but its a small price to pay for my sanity...and their's too. Like I've said before, being in the house drives the boys batty! So as many activities as possible is a must...unfortunately in this area, fun kid-friendly activities are few and far between, so I am feeling really lucky that we actually found stuff to do that the kids enjoy. :)

How's everyone spending your summer days?
