I've taken the last 2 weeks off from blogging and working out for various reasons: Caleb was in the ER with a really bad cut on his finger 2 weeks ago...then last week Babydaddy had unplanned surgery to remove two golfball-sized abscesses, which was supposed to be an outpatient surgery, but they ended up keeping him for 2 nights. And that brings us to this week...today I was a chauffeur and had to take Babydaddy for his follow-up appointment at the naval hospital in the morning and in the afternoon we got some grocery shopping done. To be honest, I am exhausted!
I'm starting full-force again with the diet and exercise; I plan on hitting the gym tomorrow and I start my new diet tomorrow...its a secret as to what I am actually doing, but I can tell you it involves 5 meals a day totaling to 1200 calories. Wish me luck...I'm at the point where I need to go hard, or go home. :P

good luck girl! I feel ya! Believe it or not, despite my running long distances and turning veggie...haven't lost one pound. I will also be joining you in buckling down this month! I don't do coffee, but sweet tea is my vice. I will join you--if u can give up coffee..i can give up sweet tea. can't wait to hear your secret.
I hope to be right there with you, girl, in a week or so. We just got our stuff from Korea yesterday, C's starting school on Thursday and so, I just be "up and running" soon. :) Good luck!
