The motivation to exercise and keep up with this blog, that is. I think I'm going through a slump. That and our schedule has changed yet again and I am finding it hard to fit workouts and blogging in. Don't get me wrong. I'm not quitting...I just need to get back on the wagon. I still check everyone's blogs out daily, but at least for the rest of the month, my workouts and post may be few and far between.
I'm trying not to be too hard on myself. I mean, I have been extremely consistent (3-4 workouts a week) with my workouts since January. I figure an off-month isn't something to kill myself over. I mentioned our schedule changing: Noah's back in school and Caleb is switching to one nap, so Caleb is napping most of the time Noah is in school. Yes, that should be a good thing, but not if I want to head to the gym. Sooo, as of today, its been 2.5 weeks since my last workout. Oh and did I mentioned we're going on vacay next week?! Yup, another wrench in the workout plans. Oh well! :) Like I said, I'm not too broken up over it...I'll just get back to it once we get back from VB. :)

if it makes you feel better...i too have fallen off my diet...the only exercise i get is running up the stairs. hopefully soon i will feel settled and can start up again!! glad to know i am not alone :)
Ack, you gotta have some off times to really make you appreciate when you are ON (says the girl who is indignant about being injured for the past month).
