So a little after I posted to my blog this morning, Caleb woke up from his nap and it was time for lunch. The little man had some turkey and watermelon...

He seemed to enjoy it very much. :) After lunch, his shirt was covered in food...the boy doesn't do bibs. :p

Mommy had some leftover red beans and rice...it was quite delicious.

Soon after lunch, we left so that I could make a stop at Starbucks, which is located in the local Target...we used to have a drive-thru Starbucks closeby but it closed down in September. Boo. So now if I want a caffeine pick-me-up I gotta drag the kids outta the car and take 'em in...

Today I have a $2 grande pumpkin spice latte coupon so it was so worth dragging Caleb out of the car to get one. :)

After my Starbucks fix, we headed to Pensacola to get my other baby from school.

We got home a little while later, put Noah down for a nap and it was cuddle time for Mommy & Caleb. Babydaddy came home soon after and we decided it would be a sandwich night for dinner. I had roast beef...

Yum...

After dinner, we also decided to whip up some
beignets with some mix we got at Publix. We have both had the real deal from the famous
Cafe du Monde and wanted to see if the mix could compare.

Not too shabby! We made them a little flat, so they weren't as fluffy as the originials, but not too bad if I do say so myself. And they went perfectly with my pumpkin spice coffee. :)

Well folks, that was my Monday...not terribly busy, but tiring nonetheless. Gonna call it a night! See you all tomorrow...
