I know. I'm boring.

Is it Friday yet? This week has been exhausting! I give props to moms who run carpools everyday...this driving Noah to and from Pensacola (17 miles ONE way...augh) everyday is NO JOKE! We will all definitely be resting up this weekend. :)

My morning at the gym was a little sloppy and all over the place. I went with the intention to do some weight training, which I did, but man its seriously been years since I've done the freeweights, so I felt like I had no idea what I was doing. BD & I used to work out together back in our Golds Gym days, so he trained me and told what to do...now its just me and I'm like, "HUH?!" :p I did upper body weights on both the machines and using freeweights...I also walked on a 2% incline on the treadmill for 20 minutes. In my 40 minute workout I burned 267 calories. Seems low, but I have to remember that my workout was pretty low-intensity.

I snacked on a Clif bar on the way home from the gym and for lunch I had the same as yesterday's wrap and fruit bowl, only instead of grapes, I added some strawberries. Yes, I am boring. :)

Not sure what the rest of the day has in store...in about 1/2 an hour I'll need to make my way over to Pensacola again to get my other offspring, and we're hoping BD gets off early today. He's got short-timer syndrome right now as we're awaiting orders...he's ready to hightail on outta there! :) I must admit...I am too...I'm ready for the next adventure! :)
